Okay…this double reaction had us FIRED UP!! First up was the live performance of “NO GOD” with that extended intro…and holy crap, it ripped. It just explodes into pure BAND-MAID chaos. Fast, furious, and freaking flawless. Akane was a total beast on the drums, Kanami was melting strings, and MISA’s bass had pure attitude underneath it all. We were totally amped the entire time!
Then we switched gears to the instrumental version, and it was so cool seeing each band member doing their thing in those clean, four-frame white room shots. No faces…just pure focus on the playing. It gave us soooooo much appreciation for the technical precision behind this song. Even without vocals, the power of “NO GOD” comes through loud and clear.
